Hi my name is Mike Siebert, and I founded Celebrity Custom Homes and Remodeling in 1993. Since that time, we’ve built numerous Custom Homes and an extraordinary amount of custom remodels, including kitchens, master baths, basements, theater rooms and home office designs. In addition, Celebrity Custom Homes and Remodeling has been featured on the cover of Central Indiana Builder / Architect magazine and featured a home for Central Indiana’s Parade of Homes. Over 90% of our clients are located in the affluent homes of Carmel, Geist, Fishers, and surrounding areas.
Unlike traditional large builders, my clients have the ability to speak directly with me 24 / 7. From the beginning of our relationship, well into years after the completion of your investment, I’m available for any and all of your construction needs. My philosophy is very simple, “I approach each project as if it’s something that I’m doing for myself and my family”. This philosophy remains evident today, because even after 15 years I know every client I’ve worked for on a first name basis, some of which I’ve remodeled their entire home. I just wish there for more of their house to work on! We’ll get to those room additions soon! “Chuckle”
My experience began during childhood when I worked for a family friend on his construction site, it was then I realized that I belonged in the construction field. I’m very fortunate to be doing what I love, to me this isn’t work but my passion. I’m often referred to as a perfectionist and I except nothing less than superior craftsmanship on every project. As I’m sure my contractors will attest to. “Chuckle” As for my contractors, I’m honored to say most of them have worked for me since the beginning. Every contractor hired must maintain both master craftsmanship, and an exemplary level of service before they begin work on any clients home. The open communication with my clients extends to my contractors which in turn creates an efficient successful project for everyone. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
With your home being one of the largest investments you’ll ever make, my advice is don’t settle for just any Contractor. Remember that your investment is where you retreat to relax, not a home filled with frustration or worry. If you’re considering remodeling your existing home, or possibly building the home of your dreams, I’m here as your partner to make it happen.
